The Kansas-Nebraska Educational Consortium(KANE) is a non-profit educational association created by private and public non-profit higher education institutions that offer regionally accredited undergraduate and/or graduate degree programs in Kansas and Nebraska.

We believe in the power of collaboration to drive progress. KANE serves as a vehicle through which the members share resources and cooperate for the benefit of students, faculty, and the community.

Shall have the right to:

Any institution or agency Able to satisfy additional assessed membership fees and meet criteria as defined by the Board of Directors. of higher education.

Is approved for Voting Member status by a two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors.

The representative of the Voting Member must be the Chief Information Officer (or the person performing the duties of the office of the Chief Information Officer).

Eligibility for Voting Membership status is contingent upon active participation in KANE programs, activities, and meetings. The Board of Directors may develop specific expectations or metrics to define ‘active participation’ to ensure Voting Members’ engagement aligns with KANE’s mission and objectives.
