The 2026 KANE Summit brought KANE members and partners to Grand Island for three days centered on something the consortium values deeply: doing real work together.
Hosted at Central Community College with Tom Peters and the CCC team, participants compared approaches, worked through shared technology challenges, explored emerging solutions, and strengthened relationships across institutions.
The conversations outside the formal sessions mattered just as much. Meals, informal discussions, and time with peers created new connections and helped surface ideas for the next shared project. The Summit reflected KANE at its best—practical collaboration, candid conversation, and a community willing to help one another move forward.
See what’s coming next and connect with higher education technology peers who are building, solving, and learning together.
