France Hoang is the Founder and CEO of BoodleBox, a collaborative AI workspace selected by more than 150 colleges and universities and serving more than 120,000 users. As a Distinguished Visiting Lecturer at West Point and a former university trustee, France brings a grounded perspective to the opportunities and challenges facing higher education.
BoodleBox helps students learn not just about AI, but with workforce-grade tools they can use in their careers. Through partnerships with colleges and universities of many sizes and missions, France works with educators to rethink how learning prepares students for an AI-enabled world.
Evacuated from Vietnam by the U.S. military in 1975, France later graduated from West Point in the academic top 1% of his class and earned a J.D. magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a frequent speaker on AI literacy and the future of learning and is based in Colorado.
