B.S. in Computer Science and B.A. in English, North Carolina State University. ITIL Expert; ITIL 4 Managing Professional; CGEIT.
John was part of KANE’s earliest service-management work and helped shape how the consortium thought about IT as a service organization. He served as KANE’s first ITIL trainer and introduced the group to the Red Bead experiment, giving members a shared language for process improvement, systems thinking, and service quality.
That early training helped establish a foundation for the service-management culture KANE later built on through shared ITSM practices and partnerships. John’s contribution is part of the consortium’s formative history.
