
Lindsay Macon is Operations Manager for the KANE Consortium, helping keep the organization’s people, processes, partnerships, and priorities moving. Her work spans membership coordination, vendor communication, financial administration, event planning, and the many behind-the-scenes details that turn consortium ideas into completed work.
Lindsay also works in the cybersecurity sector with Tandem Cyber. Her academic background combines business management and human behavior, including focused study of how people experience and manage change in the workplace—an especially useful perspective in a collaborative organization built around relationships and shared execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Tennessee Technological University, with combined study in business management and human behavior. Her academic work included a focus on practical workplace change management.
Lindsay provides the operational backbone that helps KANE function day to day. She coordinates members, partners, agreements, payments, events, and follow-up so collaborative ideas can move from conversation to execution.
