Ryan Dorshorst is Director of Technology Operations at Doane University, where he leads infrastructure and operational technology across areas including networking, audiovisual systems, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and campus technology strategy.

Ryan is known for combining deep technical capability with calm, collaborative leadership. In 2025, he and Derek Bierman received the Transact Transformative Student Experience Award after Doane’s rapid implementation of MobileID, which expanded secure mobile access to buildings, dining, campus services, and other parts of daily student life.
