Wanda Burgamy is a Director in Huron’s ServiceNow practice and a longtime higher-education technology leader. Before joining Huron, she spent nearly a decade at ServiceNow helping build and grow its state, local, and education business, with a particular focus on higher education and the NET+ ServiceNow community.
Wanda is recognized as a friend of KANE for the pivotal role she played in helping the consortium build a sustainable ServiceNow partnership and service-management model across participating institutions.
Wanda’s contribution to KANE was success-defining. She helped the consortium turn ServiceNow from an individual institutional purchase into a shared service-management partnership that could scale across members.
She worked directly with KANE institutions on licensing, onboarding, product access, evaluations, and renewals; supported Metropolitan Community College as it selected ServiceNow through the KANE ecosystem; and helped KANE restructure the relationship so the consortium itself could become the contracting entity. Her responsiveness, higher-education expertise, and willingness to solve difficult commercial and operational issues were instrumental in making KANE’s ServiceNow model viable.
